Stephen Langer established the practice in 1982 and specialises in all aspects of traditional building design and conservation. His principal area of interest is the history of the architecture and archaeology of the Weald of Kent and Sussex. The practice now has 25 years experience working mainly in this area on Grade II and Grade II* listed buildings and accepting commissions for large country houses. Stephen Langer is a Batchelor of Science in Architecture, with a Diploma from the Bartlett School of Architecture (University College, London) and is a member of the RIBA. He also belongs to the Institute of Historic Building Conservation, the Vernacular Architecture Group and serves on the Committee of the RIBA Traditional Architecture Group (TAG). |
