Country Land and Business Association

We are members of the Country Land and Business Association which was founded in 1907 – it is the membership organisation for owners of land, property and businesses in rural England and Wales.

CLA professionals lobby very actively on behalf of members’ interests, ensuring the rural agenda is properly understood by policymakers at regional, national and EU levels. CLA’s successes in key areas give members the security and certainty to invest in their land and business.

Their in-house professional advisory team gives advice on any number of landowning issues such as countryside access, rural planning, tenancies and licenses, Common Agricultural Policy and sustainable development to name but a few.
